Of all materials used in constructions, wood is the only natural one.

A wooden house is a house that breathes. Wood absorbs and spreads humidity, this way regularizing the indoor environment; it also prevents rheumatic pain and breathing problems by stabilizing humidity and filtering and purifying air. The wood bioelectric natural field also balances the equilibrium inside the human body.

The actual building and finishing of the construction takes about 15-45 working days depending on the complexity of the construction.
A crew formed by 3-5 workers, will be assured with food and a place to stay during the construction period. For using the equipment, electric power will be assured during the construction period.

The constructor will take care of the transport for workers and the house.
The reception is according to the contract. From the previous house experience, the price of these constructions are between 80.000£-150.000£

Interiors
The interior details of a house emphasis the ingenuity of combining design elements: natural stone, glass elements, fireplaces, parquet, plants to result a friendly environment.

Indoor stairways

Wood combines technical and practical qualities with a likable decorative capacity, this is accentuated by mordents which underline wood's lines and ecological varnish which give wood durability.

Infiltrating dye

Primer

In the present day the company has the capacity to make diverse stratified and massive wood products at a high quality level. The company's existing working surface is 10000 sm and in the close future the surface will be larger with15 650 sm. Another important feature is the  automated driers which guarantee wood drying.

Because of the serious way the contracts were treated and the construction's quality we achieved the export of wooden house in:England, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and France, with good perspective of expanding in other markets too.

  The family houses are, usually, houses with ground floor or a first floor with an attic, having a displayed built-up area of 120-250 square meters. There can also be coupled houses with 1 0r 2 floors and at least a common wall for two living units.
    The exterior finishings are identical with those of the brick structure houses, so they can be easily integrated in the urban and residential areas. For the interior, we can use modern finishing materials, sanitary or illumination items. The joiney work can be solid wood, laminated, PVC or aluminium with double-glazing.
    The roof is rigid in all the directions, permeable to the diffusion of the vapors, insulated with mineral wool. The roof covernings can be bituminized shingle, ceramic tiles or steel, according to the urbanistic demands of the area and the clients’ wish.
    The installations are modern and efficient, the water pipes for cld and hot ater are PE and PP, the vantilation devices may have or may have not heat transfer. Solar devices can be also installed.
    The easy access to the line routs of the installation allows the easy maintenance or, if necessary, immediate actions in case of emergency.

 In order to prevent the degradation of the wooden exterior finishings, as a result of the exposure to the aggressive agents in the atmosphere (mould, insects, ultraviolet radiations), the wood is treated in vacuum under preassure installations, with ecological substances at European standards.
    Between the exterior veneering and the thermical isolation we insert a ventilated air layer and we carefully install the diffusion foils (at the exterior) as well as the damp proof barier (at the interior).
    We recommend the usage of exterior façade with vertical wooden element or choosing the correct form of the horizontal wood paneling, in order to avoid the remaining rain water. The holiday houses are made with the same structure as the family houses, the few modifications being given by the smaller dimensions. The interior and exterior finishing can be rustic as made of wooden paneling.
